(Ages 5.5yrs -12yrs) Campers will engage in a full day of physical activity in an energetic, team-oriented atmosphere. Your child will participate in activities that will broken up into our 4 quadrants of training. Jumping and Air Awareness on the Trampoline and Tumble Track. Obstacle course work and off axis jumping & flipping in our Parkour environment. Static Aerial instruction on solo and duo aerial apparatus. Dance and/or hand-eye coordination skill development. Coaching staff will divide campers by level and skill set on the first day. The camp combines physical skills, teamwork, creative self-expression and performance experience in a fun and supportive environment.
Each Camper should put his/her name on all items brought to camp.
Please do not bring expensive personal electronic equipment. Cell phones are permitted, but should not be used during the camp. The camp is not responsible for articles misplaced, lost or stolen.

Lunch is $8 per day.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate special requests such as, gluten free, dairy free or kosher meals at this time.

CAMP PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Camp Tuition must be received in full upon booking.
There is a $35.00 non-refundable registration camp fee per day/$175 per week
There are no refunds or makeups for missed or sick camp days.
All camp refunds will be issued by CHECK.
If for any reason your camper is unable to attend the summer camp, please notify Aerial Warehouse at email@example.com
Registrations that cancel within 30 days of their camp session will forfeit all registration fees $35 per/$175 per week.
Registrations that cancel within 14 days of their camp session will forfeit entire tuition.
No makeups/credits/discounts/transfers given for camp absences due to changing plans, illnesses or otherwise.
**Our cancellation policy has been created due to the increased demand for available camper space and to insure fairness to all who wish to attend Aerial Warehouse Camps.
**Camp directors reserve the right to dismiss any camper whose influence or behavior becomes disruptive to the best interests of the program. No refunds will be made for dismissed campers or withdrawals.
Camp Tuition is not transferable from enrollment to enrollment or student to student for camp sessions missed or otherwise.
We do not credit tuition for missed camps.
There are no ‘Make Ups’ for camps.
PARTY and EVENT PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Parties are to paid in full upon booking.
There is a non-refundable $150 cancellation fee if the party is cancelled 30 days prior to the booking date.
Party dates may be moved if there is available space.
If for any reason you need to cancel your party within a 14 – 30 day window, you may notify Aerial Warehouse at firstname.lastname@example.org
to receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be given if cancelled within 14 days of your party date.
WHAT TO WEAR
Boys may wear tucked in T-shirts and shorts. Girls must wear a leotard or tight top and legging below the knee. NO chewing gum, dangling jewelry, zippers or buttons on clothing. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that is stays up for the entire workout. Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. Jewelry should not be worn during classes.
PLEASE LEAVE EXPENSIVE ARTICLES AT HOME. This facility’s staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student’s personal items are marked with their name.
ARRIVAL AND PICKUP
Be sure your student arrives 5-15 minutes before (no earlier please) his/her scheduled class/camp time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.
