WELCOME TO FALL REGISTRATION!
REGULAR SEASON CLASS PAYMENTS
Students will be enrolled in classes through the entire season. You can cancel at anytime, unless you are on AUTOPAY
• Billing is done the first week of each month. Billing is based on a 4 week month.
The 5th week (when applicable) will be billed as a single class at your current pricing option.
Holidays and full closures are accounted for up front prior to billing.
• Full payment of monthly classes (4 class minimum) is due at the beginning of each month or upon enrollment. (Pro-rated tuition applies)
• Refunds less $35.00 upon complete withdraw from a class will only be issued if you cancel at least 2 weeks prior to the end of your child’s last class in that month.
• No refund will be granted for any reason if you withdraw within 7 days of your child’s last class in the month.
• We offer a 5% sibling discount.
• 4 week minimum class booking per month.
• Auto pays are billed each month automatically, there is a 3 month minimum contract required for this option with a 30 day written cancellation required.
• Tuition is not transferable from enrollment to enrollment or student to student for sessions missed or otherwise.
• We do not credit tuition for missed classes.
• If notified 24 hours in advance, and only if space is available, students can ‘Make Up’ their classes within the same month of their current classes.
CANCELLATIONS OF PRIVATE LESSONS
All private lessons require a 24 hour cancellation by email to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive a full refund or credit. Any cancellations without 24 hours prior notice of the scheduled private lessons will be charged at full rate for the class. There are no exceptions to this policy.
