Gillian Arrighi, a contributor to TheConversation.com and a Senior Lecturer at Creative and Performing Arts at University of Newcastle, boasts of the behavior and academic benefits to children who participate in circus training.

“Sweat and Repeat” is a Los Angeles-based blog that is dedicated to all the best ways for girls of the city to get their sweat on. The blog features such workouts as barre, bootcamp, pilates, spin, and more! Last week, contributor McCall came to Aerial Warehouse to participate in our adult parkour classes, taught by instructor Austin.
