Schedule & Classes
All Adult Classes Ages 16+
Aerial Basics & Conditioning 1 & 2 Introduction to basic aerial skills that are applied in all aerial fitness classes. Focus in establishing a base of aerial terminology and basic skills while strengthening the intrinsic muscles necessary while practicing aerial/acrobatic training.
Aerial Hoop Learn varied level Hoop/Lyra elements. Develop the strength and flexibility required for all aerial acrobatics as well as work on the foundation for fluidity and musicality in the air.
Open Aerial No organized instruction available. Attendees must be able to mount and dismount any aerial apparatus without assistance. If bringing own equipment it must be rigged by AW staff only and upon approval of equipment and hardware. There is no use of the tumble trak or trampoline allowed during open gym time.
Aerial Yoga All level Aerial Yoga combines the strength of Aerial Arts with the flow of traditional Yoga. With the assistance of Aerial Hammock for suspension, many traditional poses are facilitated providing exceptional core strength and stretch gains with minimal compression and discomfort.
Intro to Tumbling & Trampoline Intro to basic tumbling and trampoline skills. Instruction on our FIG certified competitive trampoline as well as out 30′ Tumbl Trak.
Beg/Int Tumbling & Trampoline Learn Beg/Int level tumbling and trampoline skills. Learn the proper building blocks necessary for intermediate tumbling acrobatics and trampoline skills.
Parkour Basics Learn basic Parkour elements using our indoor free running environment including block and bars. Jumps, fall, rebounds, swings and locomotive skills introduced at a beginner level.
Standing Partner Acro All Levels. Learn basing, spotting, and composition of Acro’s most exciting and accessible poses! Show up with a friend, a partner or come solo! Learn dynamic, fun partnering skills/stretching, followed by technical instruction.
Acro Yoga L-Based All Levels. This class will focus on:
L-Basing, Transitions, Creative, Flow, Pops.
Class takes place upstairs in the ANNEX
HIIT Rise and Climb High Intensity Interval Training HIIT. Focuses on Cardio as well as Core strength and endurance Tabata style. Uses Aerial equipment for Climbing, free weights, balance tools, bands, and your own body weight for a full body work-out. All jumping on a sprung gymnastics floor to ease joint impact..
Hip Hop Beginners. Learn basic hip hop combinations. All levels welcome.
Heels All levels. Build confidence, gain physical strength while developing dance skills in heels. Heels Required! -Character Shoes, Ballrooms Shoes, Booties, Any heel that has support for your ankles. 2″-3″ are ideal.
Contemporary Beginners. Contemporary Jazz technique across the floor and combinations.
Jazz Funk Beg./Int. Contemporary Jazz technique, across the floor and combinations with a blend of hip hop.

Policies - Private Lessons
- All private lessons require a 24 hour cancellation by email to email@example.com in order to receive a full refund/credit.
- Any cancellations without 24 hours prior notice of the scheduled private lessons will be charged at full rate for the class.
- There are no exceptions to this policy.
Policies - Classes/Open Aerial
- All classes must be reserved online.
- Any late cancels or no shows on a Monthly Membership will incur a fee of $25.00 per occurrence.
- If Aerial Warehouse is notified via email at firstname.lastname@example.org any late cancel on a series purchase will still result in loss of that class but no other penalty.
- No Shows on a series purchase will result in loss of the class as well as a $25.00 fee.
