Campers start each day with warm-ups and games.
Children are grouped by many different variables. Since our camp is small, we are able to group the kids by friends, ages, skill level, etc. Every day brings a new dynamic and we asses this during warm ups and by parent and kids requests.
Snacks and water breaks are given in between rotations.
Lunch (pizza, drink, fruit) can be purchased online or you can bring your own!
After Lunch kids will resume activities.
Pick up is at 3pm!
Description of Activities:
Aerial Arts instruction hammock, trapeze, silk and trapeze.
Jumping and Air Awareness on the trampoline and Tumble Track.
Obstacle course work and off axis jumping & flipping in our Parkour environment.
Dance and/or hand-eye coordination skill development.
Our Coaching staff will group the campers by level, skill set and friend/sibling groups on the first day. The camp combines physical skills, teamwork, creative self-expression and performance experience in a fun and supportive environment.
DURING FULL WEEK CAMPS, KIDS WILL DO A DEMO ON FRIDAYS FOR THE PARENTS AT 2:15pm! (this is by kids choice, they are welcome to opt out)
Camp is suited for ages 5.5-12yrs old.
Camp runs 9am-3pm

Lunch is $8 per day.
(Unfortunately we cannot accommodate special requests such as, gluten free, dairy free or kosher meals at this time.)
FRIDAYS we dive in to an Ice Cream Sundae Bar!
SNACKS and WATER can be purchased for $1 cash each. We have free fresh fruit available every day, all day.
Drop off is between 8:45am-9:15am.
Pick up is promptly between 2:45pm-3pm.
Late Pick up is from 3:15-4:00pm $25.

An additional $25.00 an hour will be billed for late pick up past 3:15pm
Girls Form-fitting leggings that cover the back of your knees. Shirts should be tight enough to stay put when you are upside down or long enough to tuck in. A leotard or unitard is also a good choice. Hair needs to be up and off your face. bare feet, no shoes or socks are needed for aerial and trampoline training.
For trampoline and parkour training, shorts and t-shirts are suitable for boys. Hair needs to be up and off your face. are feet, no shoes or socks are needed for aerial and trampoline training.
ABSOLUTELY NO JEWELRY, ZIPPERS or BELTS

PLEASE LEAVE EXPENSIVE ARTICLES AT HOME.
Our facility will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student’s personal items are marked with their name.
CAMP PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Camp Tuition must be received in full upon booking.
There is a $35.00 non-refundable registration camp fee per day/$175 per week if you cancel. (This is not an extra fee)
There are no refunds or makeups for missed or sick camp days.
All camp refunds will be issued by CHECK.
If for any reason your camper is unable to attend the summer camp, please notify Aerial Warehouse at firstname.lastname@example.org
Registrations that cancel within 30 days of their camp session will forfeit all registration fees $35 per/$175 per week.
Registrations that cancel within 14 days of their camp session will forfeit entire tuition.
No makeups/credits/discounts/transfers given for camp absences due to changing plans, illnesses or otherwise.
Camp Tuition is not transferable from enrollment to enrollment or student to student for camp sessions missed or otherwise.
We do not credit tuition for missed camps.
There are no ‘Make Ups’ for camps.
Our cancellation policy has been created due to the increased demand for available camper space and to insure fairness to all who wish to attend Aerial Warehouse Camps.
Camp directors reserve the right to dismiss any camper whose influence or behavior becomes disruptive to the best interests of the program. No refunds will be made for dismissed campers or withdrawals.
Children are expected to display appropriate behavior at all times in the Warehouse. Our coaching team requires limited distraction from providing a safe, fun and positive learning experience for all in attendance. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to communicate this to us at the time of booking regarding your child’s developmental, social, or emotional issues so we have the opportunity to communicate this to our team should it be deemed necessary.
After 3 chances to improve negative behavior, (ie. not listening to instructions, following directions or displaying disruptive and/or disrespectful behavior), they will be issued a short “break”. At such time you will be notified via phone call and email. Should your child’s negative behavior lack improvement upon re-entry to camp activities, they will be removed for the remainder of the class/camp and you will be notified to pick up your child.
