Pilates Reformer 1

55 min. Full body integration class using the unique and finely tuned resistance offered by springs and pulleys of Pilates Reformers. Great for any level.


Focus
: core strength, lengthening, and strengthening all muscle groups with attention to improving posture, flexibility, and balance. Props may be used to increase intensity.

 

Socks are required. Grip socks are preferred. Mask for participants is not required. Can bring your own hand/foot loops if preferred.

Pilates Reformer 2

NOW ACCEPTING ENROLLMENTS
55 min. Pilates Reformer class for students with a little more experience. More time spent on pace and flow, with less explanation of set up, repertoire, and movement sequences.

 

Focus: core strength, lengthening, and strengthening all muscle groups with attention to flow and increasing repertoire. Props as well as jump boards may be used to increase intensity.

 

Socks are required. Grip socks are preferred. Mask for participants is not required. Can bring your own hand/foot loops if preferred.

45 Minute Pilates Check Up

NOW ACCEPTING ENROLLMENTS

45 min. Full body integration PIlates class using Reformer in an intensive 45-min. basic body check-in. More attention awarded to movement in all ranges of motions and sequencing at an accelerated pace to facilitate a full workout in less time.

Focus: core strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, coordination, and sequencing at ta quick-paced beginner/intermediate level. Props as well as jump boards may be used to increase intensity.

 

Socks are required. Grip socks are preferred. Mask for participants is not required. Can bring your own hand/foot loops if preferred.

Shana Lord Solomon

Master aerial+ Pilates TEacher & CO-Owner of AW

Shana is an accomplished Pilates teacher, aerialist, acrobat and dancer who has traveled the world performing. She has been a part of many of the best cirque programs including Cirque du Soleil’s “Quidam“ and Cirque de la Symphonie.  
Shana has worked Disney, The Today Show, The Grammy Awards, and The MTV Video Music Awards.
She has performed with musical artists Gwen Stefani, Will Smith, and Anastacia. 
She has completed 3 intensive Pilates trainings and is a recognized trainer in Los Angeles from her own Pilates studio in West Hollywood.  While she’s not performing at this time, Shana lends her talents and expertise to the training and choreography of up-and-coming acrobats and aerialists through her mentorship program.
